Shipping & Returns
No Refunds. We accept returns in the form of store credit only. You may return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase for most items. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or liquids.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after the receipt of your item(s).

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Receipt time may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping is free on all orders over $75.00. We ship Worldwide. Shipping time is usually 8-15 days. International Shipping can be expected to have a longer shipping time. This does not include processing time. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 2-5 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Funky Monkey is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.
